You enter the cabin by going down three wooden steps from the cockpit. The interior can only be described as spectacular. With its teak and holly flooring, its oak cabinetry and its designer fabrics, Rinker has done an outstanding job on this interior. On the port side as you enter the cabin you will find an entertainment cabinet with its 14’ Flat Screen TV with DVD. Above the TV you will find a AM/FM/CD Clarion stereo. Open the cabinet door and you will find a Clarion 6 CD player. There are 10 Clarion speakers though out the boat. There are four in the cabin and 6 in the cockpit. There are remote controls for the stereo at the helm and by the transom door. Proceeding forward on the portside is an elevated U-Shaped dinette which converts to a berth. There is storage under the dinette seating as well as under the elevated platform. Between the dinette and the master berth is a hanging locker with Corian counter top. The master berth has a storage locker on under the bed and on the inside of the locker is a safe that has been installed by the owner. This provides a great place to secure your valuables while docked. The master berth has a hatch with inside cover and two portholes which provide ample lighting. Going aft on the starboard side is the galley. The galley consist of stainless steel sink with hot and cold water, a Sharp Microwave oven, a Kenyon double burner stove and a Domertic combination refrigerator/freezer. The galley is done in beautiful oak and Corian Counter tops. There is also a unique built in pull out cutting board. Continuing aft on the starboard side is the bathroom. The bathroom has a vanity with Corian counter top, a vacu-flush head and a ceiling mounted shower curtain for the shower. There is a midship stateroom under the stairs. This stateroom has a full size bed with matching bedding with the master stateroom. This stateroom also has two portholes to provide additional lighting. Exterior Specs
The exterior of the Flying Tiger has been designed to handle a small army of friends and family. There is an oversized swim platform with a built in dive ladder. There is a transom door or the starboard side which leads into the cockpit. There is comfortable seating which faces forward from the transom. This area is large enough to accommodate five adults. The entire cockpit floor is covered with marine grade beige carpeting. On the portside across from the helm is U-shaped seating large enough to seat four adults comfortably. On the starboard side forward of the transom door is a wet bar area with Corian counter tops. The area has a sink with running water, a waste receptacle and a cockpit refrigerator. Forward of the wet bar area is the helm. The helm has a double seat with a fold up bolster. The helm is well designed and provides excellent visibility. On the foredeck there is a Simpson Lawrence windlass and a remote controlled spotlight. The foredeck has stainless steel handrails to provide additional safety while underway. Electronics Specs
The Flying Tiger has an excellent electronics package. The VHF radio is a Standard Horizon RAM +. All of the radio controls are contained in the microphone. It has a Raymarine C-70 color radar with a combination radar/GPS/chartplotter. There is a 3” Danforth compass and a full array of factory gauges. There are controls for the trim tabs and for the remote controlled spotlight also at the helm. Mechanical Specs
The Flying Tiger is powered with two Volvo Penta ISO 5.7 Liter 270 HP fresh water cooled engines. This engines as previously stated are under warranty until 2014. These Volvo Penta engines have the Neutra-salt engine flushing kit installed. Access to the engines is a breeze with its electric hatch opener. Also in the engine room is a Kohler 5 KW generator with sound shield. The engines have 125 hours on them and the generator has 25 hours. The outdrives have composite shafts and chrome props. There is also a double cylinder Halon system installed in the engine room. Comments
The Flying Tiger is in LIKE NEW condition and has every possible option and upgrade. The engines are under warranty until 2014 and this is as close to a new boat without paying new boat prices that you can get. The only thing the Flying Tiger needs is her new owner. Disclaimer
