FURNITURE & DECORATION
All the interior members to be seen or used as furniture will be of first
class kiln dried tropical wood. The surface treatment and finishes will be
according to the owners wishes. Assumption made for the silk surface
finish and using light colored modern styled wood work.
Combination of veneers, fabrics, lacquered marine plywood and laminate
will be used throughout the interior.
All the major details will be shown to the owner and approved prior to the
manufacturing process.
Leather seats, fabric wall cladding, bed spreads, Marble and the Policor
worktops will be ascertained prior to the manufacturing with the best
Turkish brands and products.
Door and locker fittings will be of brass & bronze finishes with the
anodized protection.

GARAGE & GARAGE DOOR
In the transom area, there will be built in garage door and garage
structure to take the inboard diesel engine driven and jet propulsion
dinghy max 3.2 m in length and 350 kgs in weight.
The aft garage door will have security locking mechanism to ensure the
water tightness at all conditions.
The in/out operation must be made securely with a overhead crane or
reel winch mechanism with remote control.
Garage door must be operable from both inside and out remotely with
electro hydraulic (24V DC) driving mechanism.
When opened garage door will have swim ladder (removable), and teak
deck to create swim platform as well as fixture to hold it secure with 10
people over the door.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL & TECHNIQUE
The boat will be series production in time using the female mould
and composite structure with Vacuum technique. First boat will also be
built using the very same female mould and be built in Bodrum, the
series production will be carried in Antalya yard.
Hull, Deck & Superstructure
The whole structure will be built in composite materials as female
mould hand layup& vacuum technique. Resin will be of two
component lamination epoxy, reinforcement material will be of E glass
and core material will be of closed cell high density PVC foam with
appropriate densities at different areas.
Nonstructural bulkheads and watertight bulkheads will be of same
composite structure. Marine plywood and tropical kiln dried first quality
wood material will be used local strengthening and interior members
as well as furniture.
Surface finişhed and fairing will be made using epoxy based fairing
compounds, primers and top coats.
GRP Composite Series Production
This will be considered as a second step of the building process in
further stages to built identical boats for the future. Hull will be built
using plugs and moulds.
The whole deck and superstructure will be built in composite materials as
as female mould hand layup& vacuum technique. Resin will be of two
component lamination epoxy, reinforcement material will be of E glass
