BROKER’S REMARKS:  The “Walkin’ On Water” is now in excellent condition and has a new, modern look to be a 1972 boat with new upholstery, interior, countertops and fresh paint and stain. She was hauled out the winter of 2006/2007 for a complete paint jog and other upgrades and was again pulled the winter of 2007/2008 for complete engine check and maintenance, props tune-up, custom dive platform, new bottom job and many other items fixed or for better words, “tweaked”.  She is powered by 1998, twin Volvo Turbo diesels with fewer than 500 hours and has plenty of power and economy for the long trips.  Electronics include new Garmin GPS with fish/bottom finder, VHF radios, one new and a new AM/FM/CD stereo system.  “Walkin’ On Water” went through some substantial changes in 2007 with a complete exterior paint job, custom details and interior make-over. The old dive platform and ladder was just removed and replaced with a custom aluminum platform and ladder.  A new custom transom ladder was also installed to add more new look.  Two underwater halogen lights were installed at the transom just under the new platform.  Also new at the transom is the hot and cold water shower.  It is from a blister free year and the bottom has new paint.  This boat is truly loved and well cared for but a change in the owner’s job is forcing them to sacrifice this vessel after all of the money, time and effort have been put into her.  This vessel is a must see and is truly turn-key ready and what is truly special about the “Walkin’ On Water” is that after all of the repairs, servicing, painting and maintenance; ALL of the headaches have been eliminated!
