(BOAT LOCATION: Melbourne FL) The Cape Horn 31 center console is designed to be the ultimate offshore fishing machine. She has a large open cockpit with fishing room fore and aft with all the amenities needed for successful fishing. She is powered by twin 300 horsepower Yamahas to get you out and back quickly.
Capital Punishment has a T-top over the center console with overhead electronics box, rocket launchers, spreader lights, outriggers, and detachable two-man crow's nest. The center console has leaning post at helm, forward console seat, and walk-in console. The leaning post features rod holders, cup holders, storage locker, and livewell. The helm is equipped with stainless steel wheel, hydraulic steering, and Mercury K-Plane trim tab control. Electronics include: Furuno GPS, Furuno sounder, Furuno NavNet radar, Furuno 511 auto pilot, Garmin GPS, Quest VHF Radio, and Ritchie compass. The large cockpit has the room and is equipped for serious fishing with Taco Grand Slam outriggers, Cannon Magnum 10 electric downriggers, rocket launchers, gunwale rod holders, two bait wells, in-deck insulated fish box, dry storage bow lockers, and a bait prep station with cutting board. Bean bag seats provide a place to enjoy a beverage or the ride home. If diving is your sport there are roll control rails and brackets for 12 scuba tanks. The fortress anchor will keep you in place.
Power is provided by twin 300-hp Yamaha HPDI engines with Mercury Mirage stainless steel props. A Loadmaster tri-axle, 12,000 lb., trailer is available.
