Rodman Yachts has been building yachts at the Meira-Moana shipyard in Vigo, Northwest Spain since 1974. Rodman has manufactured over 11,000 vessels, including sedan/sportfishing yachts and cruising yachts. The yachts range in size from 21 feet to 43 feet overall for sportfishing yachts, and cruising yachts from 30 feet to 64 feet in length. Rodman is the leading company in polyester yacht building and uses glass reinforced plastics for construction. Rodman’s shipyard is a leader in size, technically advanced computer design programs and state-of-the-art production lines. Rodman also has its own physical/chemical laboratory for yacht construction trials. Environmental concerns have brought Rodman the first European yacht manufacturing ISO 14001/96 certificate, given by Lloyd’s Registry.
