| Center cockpit layout with tasteful interior of teak panelling with a teak and holly cabin sole. Two double staterooms, two heads (each with electric toilets, shower, sink and GFI outlets), a beautiful salon with dimming recessed lights, dropleaf table, L-shaped settee to port with storage lockers and bookshelf, two separate seats and storage lockers and entertainment consoles to starboard. The forward-facing navstation is just aft of the salon to starboard, and the galley is just aft of the salon to port, with the companionway to the cockpit in the middle (engine compartment is directly behind the companionway). Aft of the navstation is the aft head (with additional passage through to the aft stateroom), and aft of the galley is a passageway to the aft stateroom with additional storage, two more berths and hanging lockers. The aft stateroom itself features a walk-around 'Island Queen' berth, with storage below the berth, plus additional lockers and an opening Bomar hatch above, plus recessed dimming lights. Passing forward of the salon, there is a separate head compartment to port, and then forward stateroom. The forward stateroom feaures an additional queen-sized berth, plenty of storage, and also has an opening Bomar hatch for ventilation and recessed dimming lights. |

| Significant upgrades/replacements have been made to this boat since it was purchased by the current owner in 2002.
In 2004 the following new items were added: New AC compressor, new engine gaskets, new heat exchanger, new alternators (50 Amp and 90 Amp)), new solenoids, new water pump, new injector seals, new exhaust blower, new fridge timer, new fridge pallet, new fridge solenoids, new fridge hoses and fittings, new hot water heater (12 gal), 2 foot pumps (fresh and salt water), new sinks, new faucets and showers, new water equalizer tank, new water pump for the gerator, plus new generator starting battery and all hoses and clamps replaced. Also in 2004, new cushions in the main salon, new barrel seats in the main salon, all hatches rebuilt, new Lexan for all hatches and ports, new Fireboy in engine compartment, new centerboard hydraulic piston, and all hatches rebuilt. Most of the electronics also date from this period, as well as new spreader lights, new motor for the stowaway furler, new cabin lighting, electric toilets, and microwave oven.
In 2005, all the bottom paint and all the varnish was stripped and new genoa sheets, a new dodger, new bilge pump, new grounding cables, new cockpit cushions were purchased and all seacocks were serviced.
In 2006, one new gell battery, a new compressor and new cold plate and evaporator for the fridge, new domestic freshwater pump, new fire extinguishers were purchased, and all winches were rebuilt.
In 2007, the hull was completely repainted (Awlgrip), new starter and engine water pump and other purchases included a new asymetrical headsail, a new LCD TV, and a new forward hatch. |
