| Description |
This vessel is a perfect merger between classic style and new technologies. It is exudes refined luxury, elegance and craftwork at each detail.
This vessel is a luxury motor-sailing yacht type ketch-gulet, built entirely in highest quality materials. More than 6 meters of beam give an idea of dimension of its inside spaces, and its large and comfortable habitability.
Its two masts, built in high strength aluminum, support a sail area of more than 300 m2, that when opened give the yacht a majestic appearance.
Sophisticated equipment provides control of the ship from the dashboard. Sails are operated in a handy and easy way thanks to electro-hydraulic systems that allow their easy control and adjustment. Bow propeller guarantee also ease tie up maneuvers.
In short, it is an elegant motor-sailing yacht able to face long crossings with comfort like in a luxury hotel.
Great open deck is almost completely clear. In forward part it has a solarium with capacity for eight people, and an oval bench with five comfortable seats in bow balcony, leaving enough space for anchor operations.
Spacious yacht stern is divided in two atmospheres, a solarium zone, and an outdoor dining room with an ample mahogany table, a bench and seats for eight people.
Materials and mahogany wood used for the construction of this boat, of the highest quality, received many coats of best Hempel varnish, with corresponding sanding, to guarantee maximum durability and minimal maintenance.
Luxury and elegant indoor spaces were built using first quality mahogany wood. Refined moldings and furniture specially designed for each room enhance beauty and amplitude. Four splendid double cabins, equipped with HIFI and LCD TV, private bathroom in marble and hydro massage shower, allow comfortable accommodation of eight passengers. One cabin for Captain, and other for the crew, equipped with bathroom, complete living quarters of the yacht.

order to obtain the Class notation:

Hull and keel
Hull is 4 layers of plank build structure. The sizes of structural parts have defined by the rules of CE Classification. Wooden keel, floors, keelson, frames and hull plank is laminated mahogany. 1 layer of strip planking with male and female rounded edges, the rest is flat wooden planks. First longitudinal strip planking 2nd and 3rd are diagonal and the last layer is longitudinal also.
Keel is st-37 carbon steel and it was filled by scrap steel and cement on top. Keel has fixed with appropriate number and dimension steel bolts and nuts.
Tanks
Tanks are at bilge below the cabins except the diesel oil tanks
All tanks will be tested for water tightness in accordance with the requirements of the Classification.
Vents, filling pipes, sounding pipes and manholes will be fitted as required by the Classification Society.
All tanks are independent tanks placed inside the hull. Tanks materials are specified like below:
Diesel oil tanks: Carbon steel.
Fresh water tanks: Galvanized steel
Dirty water tanks both black and grey water: Fiberglass
The capacities and sizes of the tanks specified at attached drawings.
Bulkheads
Transverse watertight bulkheads are fitted dividing the hull into:
Chain locker, Crew accommodation, engine room. The aft bulkhead of engine room will have watertight door.
Anchor Pockets
Two (2) anchor pockets have fitted on the hull. The anchor pockets are suitably reinforced, made of stainless steel and of ample dimensions.
The anchor pockets to have a polish finish.
Hawse pipes are of welded stainless steel construction with stainless steel (half) round bars on hull and deck
Chain Locker
In the forepeak a self-stowing chain-locker has fitted with a centre line division.
Suitable coating and wood lining have applied on internal shell structure in the forward chain locker.
Access to the chain-lockers has provided through openings at crew accommodation.
Fiberglass cover has applied over the chain locker structure.
Superstructure Construction
The superstructure above the bridge deck and deckhouses aft on the main deck have made of wood as an all laminated construction.
The epoxy lamination system approved by the CE Classification.
Sunbathing Areas/Deck Furniture
Sunbathing and seating areas and deck furniture will be provided as shown on the General Arrangement Plan.
Rails
Safety rails will be fitted all above the shear line on deck. The safety rails are polished stainless steel tube of 42 mm.
01.03 Floors, Guards in Engine Room
Floors in engine room will consist of Aluminum gratings. Around engines and pathways removable handrails of stainless steel tubing of suitable size and polished welded joints will be provided. Safety grills or guard plates will be positioned in way of revolving machinery and live parts (starters, motors etc.)
Complementary fittings
02.01 Doors
Watertight Doors
As indicated on the General Arrangement Plan watertight door of a type approved by the CE Classification will be fitted.
02.02 Windows and windshield
In principle, the shape and dimensions and number of windows have fitted as shown on the General Arrangement Plan according to Shipyard standards and practice.
Thickness of glass are defined according to Classification requirements. The windows are the fixed type..
02.03 Portholes, hatches
Portholes
Portholes are of the opening type fitted with stainless steel AISI 316L frames and removable stainless steel deadlights. Glass of portholes are tempered glass.
Hatches
Stainless steel AISI 316L hatch on main deck giving access to crews area and emergency exit over the corridor. Hatches have gas strut or spring assisted opening mechanism for easy operation.
Openings
Removable sections of saloon floor allows for loading/unloading of main engine, generators, etc.
Deck hardware
03.01 Mooring equipment
Bollards and fairleads
Polished stainless steel mooring bollards with appropriate size bolted on the wooden deck, two (2) on foredeck, two (2) on aft deck. Strengthening has provided below deck.
One polished stainless steel choks appropriate size have bolted on the shear line at each side.
03.02 Anchor handling
Anchors, hawse pipes and chain locker
Anchoring and mooring systems will conform with the regulations of the CE Classification.
The following will be supplied and installed:
- two Stainless Steel AISI 316L anchors with 160 kg each;
- two chain that are galvanized steel with 12 mm diameter and 150 m length.
The anchors will be stowed into two hawse pipes, of a semi-built in type, on both sides of the bow; suitable stainless steel protections have provided.
Anchor windlasses
One transversal anchor windlass type DZC 1002H Inox has fitted on main deck at the bow with two independent polished chrome finished capstans. Controls are placed at forecastle.
They will have a maximum pull of 1.2 tons and run by hydraulic power.
03.03 Miscellaneous deck hardware
Fenders
5 cylindrical and 5 round fenders are supplied.
Suitable fittings will be fitted along the bulwark to facilitate their positioning. The fenders will be stored in the fore peak by the crew cabin.
Handrails
Guardrails of stainless steel pipe of variable diameter and thickness are fitted where necessary.
03.04 Sail Winches
To operate the Genoa and other sails the amount and size of winches are specified below

03.05 Boarding equipment
Passerelle
One manual passerelle, length about 5 m has fitted on main deck for boarding at the stern.
Swimming ladder
The swimming ladder has fitted by using at port and starboard side to access the main deck.
Access will be from main deck through suitable place shown at General Arrangement Plans.
03.06 Life saving equipment
Self-inflatable life raft (Lalizas), each one sufficient for 12 persons, will be mounted on the top of coachroof.
A service boat for 6 pll with a 50 HP Mercury engine on board
6 life buoys, two of which with a light, will be mounted near to the vessel's sides. 12 life jackets 4 for kids size are stored on the vessel.
Section "5" - Machinery installation
05.01 Engine room outfitting
The engine room layout allows safe and easy operation of control and maintenance.
The layout and execution of the machinery, accessories and installations are for shipboard use.
All equipment which need to be checked during operation are easily accessible.
For mounting and unloading of heavier equipment, lifting eyebolts are installed.
All rotating parts above floor level are protected.
05.02 Engine Room Ventilation
The engine room to be equipped with one fan. Fan is placed in ventilation casings provided with intake silencers and fire flaps. Supply air to be transported via a duct system or a grill on the coachroof side.
05.03 Main engines and auxiliary installation

05.04 Reduction Gearboxes
Two (2) reverse reduction gearboxes, ZF with a reduction of about 3 : 1 with oil-actuated clutches, oil cooler, lubricating oil pump and built-in thrust bearing. .
05.05 Flexible Mounting
Main engines installed on flexible mountings, calculated to minimize transmission of vibration and fitted with amplitude limiters.
05.06 Main Engine Exhaust Piping System
From the engine a stainless steel line up to the silencer, then from there with a stainless steel line to a special (coated) exhaust port of suitable design, afterwards piercing the hull and curving above DWL.
05.07 Generating Sets Exhaust Piping System
The dry stainless steel line are connected to the spray head and to the muffler, from which it sent to the smoke and water together above the waterline at the hull side.
05.09 Cooling system
Sea Chests
The sea chests are a hull fitting valve and made out of steel pipe fixed to valve then flanged to
the cooling piping systems.
The water intakes are provided with a scoop.
Strainers
All filters were made of bronze or steel and rubber bellows will be provided for the engines.
Piping
Piping will be made out of steel and CE certified flexible hoses for the main engines and generators and other equipment.
05.10 Air intakes
The air intake for engine combustion is directly from the engine room. The air will pass through intakes of such a configuration as to avoid inlet of salinity at mouth of turbo blower.
Section "6" - Propulsion and Steering
06.01 Shafting Arrangement
The propeller shaft is stainless steel type AISI 316 with a diameter of 70 mm. It will be suitable for thrust transmission to the output flange of the gearbox. The shaft line will be water lubricated .
06.02 Stern Tubes and Seals
Stern tube is of stainless steel welded pipe. Both ends contain rubber bearing bushes with bronze housings fitted in stainless steel sleeves. The aft end of the stern tube remains open to release the cooling/lubrication water.
06.03 Propeller with fixed pitch
The propeller has made of bronze, nickel and aluminum alloy.
The propeller designed in order to guarantee optimal working conditions at all speeds of the vessel, without overloading the engines and in order to guarantee as much as possible a vibration free operation. It is 4 bladed 76cm diameter.
Propeller has mounted on the propeller shaft by means of dry binding and secured by a propeller nut.
06.04 Steering system
Electro-Hydraulic System
The system, comprises:
1) Single ended cylinder hydraulic (one unit). Oguz Marine OMS700
2) Distributor block (lock Valve)
The technical specifications will be:
Max. rudder angle : +/-35 deg
Max. working pressure : 60 bar
Hydraulic pipes are to be of high quality seamless flexible hose connects with high pressure fittings.
Rudder Control
The steering is to be done by turning the follow up steering wheel unit for console mounting in the wheelhouse and coachroof back alternatively by manual emergency tiller. The tiller arm stops will be hard rubber and set at 30 port and starboard.
Section "7" - Electrical systems
07.01 General
The electric system with all the fittings, switches, switchboards, engines, cables and relevant installations, comply with the regulations for the installation of electric and electronic equipment on ships of the Classification requirements.
The system include all the necessary fittings for the production, the allowing of electric power consumption, and the relevant protection devices essential for proper functioning. The wiring is of an approved type and laid in special runners in such a position so as to facilitate, as much as possible, easy inspection and maintenance.
In the cabins and the living areas all wiring will be concealed behind panels and ceiling linings;
in the engine room they will not be normally installed below the floor plates. Outside of the vessel or where exposed to potential weather or mechanical damage, they are properly sheathed or protected by metal conducts.
All low tension cables and those for radio frequency, are laid separately from the 380V ones and in the case that this should not be feasible, cables with the same insulation degree will be utilized.
07.02 Main Generating Sets
Two (2) generating sets to be installed each consisting of:
- Two (2) diesel generators, make SB 17 kWA.
Engine and generator will be coupled flexibly. Equipped with freshwater cooling with built-on jacket water pump, seawater pump, thermostat and heat exchanger, fuel system with separate filters.
Electrical starting system 12 Volts.
07.03 Main Generating Plant 380 Volts
The main generating plant consists of two identical main generating sets 380 Volts / 50 Hz.
The generators are arranged for continuous parallel running and suitable for equal sharing of the load by the running sets. Take-over system between shore/generators and generators/shore without blackout. Each generator can serve as an automatic stand-by for the other generator and shore.
07.04 Shore Connection - 20 kVA - 230/ 50 Hz
A shore connection 1 x 230 Volts / 50 Hz will be provided. An isolating transformer of 20 kVA at 45 C ambient temperature with static earthing screen fitted.
Output of the transformer: three wire 230Volts. Flexible shore cable with 3 cores and an earthing wire is included in the delivery. On the yacht's end the cable will be fitted with a plug.
07.05 Low Voltage System 12/24 Volt DC
Three (3) banks of batteries will be placed on open trays in the engine room.
- One (1) bank 24 Volts - about 1000 Ah tractional service batteries.
- Four (4) bank 24 Volts - about 1500 Ah starter batteries; for main engines.
- Two (2) bank 12 Volts about 100 Ah starter batteries; one for both generators.
The service batteries will be stationary type, 2V cells connected in series
07.06 Distribution System
The main electric energy will be distributed over the yacht by means of a main switchboard, fitted in the engine room.
07.07 Main Switchboard 230 Volts
A main switchboard of sheet metal located in the engine room, consisting of several separate panels. Each panel will be provided with hinged doors and a wooden handrail.
Switchboard construction and segregation of circuits is to be to I.E.C., busbars are to be installed in a separate compartment within the switchboard. Busbars to be insulated in IEC colors. Enclosure protection for switchboard to be IP22. In general the panels will consist of the following:
A. Two (2) generator panels, each containing:
- generator (motor driven) open air type circuit breaker (retractable) with low voltage release .
- electronic generator protection system with maximum current and preference trip relays, reverse power protection, synchronizing relay and load-sharing units of Barber Colman or equivalent
- voltmeter
- triple ammeter
- double frequency meter
- kW meter
B. One 380 Volts distribution panel with the necessary distribution circuits for the 230 Volts consumers and lighting distribution panels.
C. One 24 Volt DC main distribution panel with ammeter, voltmeter, earth fault detection lights and the necessary outgoing circuits with two pole circuit breakers.
One set earth fault detection relays and alarms for the different voltage systems.
F. One shore connection panel containing:
- generator (motor driven) open-air type circuit breaker
- electric protection system
- voltmeter
