1971 35 Feet C & C Mark I

C&C 35 Mark 1, a widely praised and sought after racer cruiser, Caesar’s Palace, built in 1971 is a fine example. Practical Sailor said of the C&C 35 that “the proportions, sheer curve, and graceful ends of the 35 continue to set a standard for attractiveness” and that “the 35s were strongly constructed boats.”
With her standard keel and rudder, in addition to her light displacement, Caesar’s Palace performs well in club racing and easily sails to her PHRF 129 rating and handles passages with an impressive turn of speed. She is comfortable and well equipped for family cruising.

The owner has completed many upgrades such as a repowering to a Yanmar 3GM, a complete rewiring in 1996, and is currently having a reputable yacht yard address the keel bolt washerplates.
