A very good example of this well-known cruiser, 'Kotij' is now hauled for the Winter. The 38 Landfall has been one of the most popular of the various C&C designs, suitable for extended cruising and 'around the can' racing with up to 7 berths available (including two doubles). With a quite high-performance hull (a C&C trademark), with wide sidedecks to facilitate movement forward to swap out those headsails while racing, and the comfortable cockpit, roomy galley and multiple berths below make family cruising and club racing a joy for all concerned. 'Kotij' has been kept up to date with solid electronics and low engine hours, so little remains to be done by new owners except renewing some of that varnish!
