1986 34 Feet Catalina

The Catalina 34, built for easy owner upkeep, is designed with a modern aft cabin arrangement, maximizing space and affording a high degree of privacy. Amenities include refrigeration, CNG stove/oven, stereo, new hot water heater, and shower. She is equipped with four sails and roller furling, lines led aft. In September 2006, she was hauled and bottom painted, when she also received new engine mounts, alignment and a new s/s shaft. A 2006 survey (surveyor's recommendations completed) is available for inspection in our Santa Cruz office. See "Full Specs" for a detailed paragraph. A sublease in Santa Cruz Lower Harbor can be provided. Note that she is deck stepped, so it is possible to tabernacle the mast for berthing in the Santa Cruz Upper Harbor.
