1989 36 Feet Catalina

The Catalina 36 successfully combines luxurious accommodations, a secure workable deck and outstanding performance under sail. With efficient and stable hull and balanced blade rudder with a long horizontal skeg molded into the hull, this Catalina 36 "Granuaile" is easily handled with her light helm and good tracking ability. Below decks she is roomy and comfortable with a double cabin forward, main cabin with two dinette tables, and an aft cabin with settee and double bunk. With the engine completely exposed when the fully insulated engine hatch is removed, and pumps, fittings and tanks readily accessible, owner maintenance is facilitated.
All electronic equipment is new since ’06, including the brand new Ray Marine autopilot. She offers good value with new hatches, dodger, bimini, and power cables.

She was hauled October, 2007, when the bottom received a coat of Trinidad paint and when new zincs were installed. She is ready for her new owner since the present one has moved to another state and is no longer able to enjoy her company!
