For her size, this is a spacious little motor sailer with a good size cockpit. She is plump rather than pretty and would suit someone who likes to potter rather than zoom around.
The boat needs some updating and perhaps a new cockpit canvess. Spruced up she will make a fine little ship.
If you took her across the Channel, she would be great for a "food and wine" tour along the French canals. The mast is on a tabernacle, so, easy to lower. You may never come back again !
