There is also a private bathroom with a port-a-potty type chemical head, a good size stainless steel sink, nice mahogany storage cabinet, medicine cabinet, and a full 6x32x32stand alone shower, and a small, starboard port window. FORWARD V-BERTH: This large area has been converted into a sailers workshop with a full workbench, vice, tools, etc. on the port side with old storage cabinets, tool bins and holders, etc. Lots of shelves for paint, oil, and necessities. There is a tall, built in bunk on the starboard side that can accommodate a crew member, when it is not being used for storage. Under the bunk is large storage holding areas built in for larger hand tools, ropes, engine parts, etc. The forward bow anchor chain locker, holds 350 of chain, 2-rolls of 100- new line, lots of extra large line, and a big Danforth hurricane anchor. SALON SOFA: A 6 sofa runs along the port side at mid-ship and can be converted to sleep two. The sofa is built over the water storage tanks. Across from the sofa, on the starboard side, are two 4 bench seats that parallel the sides of a large built in table. The two bench seat boxes are storage for the water maker and batteries, along with lots of extras. The table and bench seats do NOT convert into a bed or sleeping area. The floor under the table conveniently opens for a large storage area. There is a very nice, 6 long, wooden storage box that runs as a foot rest step in front of the sofa and is connected to the floor. There are 2 small port windows on port side and a large one on starboard. INTERIOR: Mahogany, teak and oak woods are used for the custom built beautiful interior; ceilings, walls, cabinetry, etc. There are built in book shelves on the port side behind the sofa and good sized storage cabinets built on the starboard side above and behind the table. This bathroom once had pipes and a hand held shower fixture that we removed; however, it can be easily re-attached if needed, as there is a shower drain in the floor. MID SHIP AREA: As you come down the companion way stairs from top side, at mid-ship, you enter an oak interior area that has the inside steering station; with engine meters, VHF radio, 2nd depth finder, CD stereo/changer, interior speakers, shelving, and the main electrical panel. This area has two long, narrow windows that allow you to see out over top deck and lets in light. Also more storage area. The engine compartment is located below the companionway stairs and flooring.
