1978 32 Feet Endeavour Sloop

The “EYE QUIT” is a sea-going masthead sloop with outstanding interior comfort even for a smaller vessel for live-aboard situations. There is a lot of common sense built into this 32-footer. Nothing is crowded or in your way. To starboard is a complete galley with additional fold-down counter space. With her double berth tucked under the port side settee and the fold down table in place, you’ll find seating for six for dinner. Fold it back one-half and two can share an intimate meal in real comfort. Behind, under and into every available space there is storage. Lack of storage and poor accessibility are the biggest problems in a cruising boat. The huge V-berth provides a great deal of comfort. There you’ll find headroom, sitting room and dressing room with drawer storage and hanging locker. The head is also large and private. Under sail she is no slouch. Her soft underbody and graceful lines slice along without effort – centerboard up or down. She points very well. Her cockpit is roomy and has an ice chest, side decks are wide for going forward. The mainsheet and jib sheets are lead to the helm making sail handling easy for a couple yet do not distract from the function of the cockpit.  She’s strongly built with a great deal of attention offered to style, design and finish.

One owner vessel, yes that’s right, owner set sail on this vessel in 1978 and has completed his voyage and needs to pass on this gem to someone ready to make that journey a reality. Vessel is in average condition with the top decks needing a good wax and buff. Bottom job is a must. Interior condition is average to above average condition and very clean. The interior is outfitted with teak and holley. The dependable Yanmar diesel engine was rebuilt from the block up in 2000, including all new hoses. Also available with vessel is an 8’ thunderbay dingy with a 4 hp. Johnson motor. Also included are various extra maintenance items including a new fresh water pump and spare filters and belts.
