1984 30 Feet Ericson 30

She has an Extensive sail inventory including one battened main, three jibs and a cruising spiniker. She sleeps 6 owners and guests, V-Berth forward and head and shower with hot water to port. Main salon has a large dinette to port with a drop down table convertible to a double. Settee to starboard galley aft to port, chart table and quarter berth to starboard. A warm Teak interior with teak & holly cabin sole. Her electronics include a GPS with a cockpit monitor, Electric Windspeed Indicator, Autohelm 4000 Auto Pilot, and compass.
