1982 42 Feet Hallberg Rassy CC Sloop Complete Refit 2003

This fine Hallberg-Rassy 42 Center Cockpit Sloop represents a marvelous opportunity to acquire a high quality and recently updated sailing vessel at a very attractive price point. Orion was completely refit in 2003 and upgraded with comfortable cruising in mind. 2003 Updates Included: Converted from a ketch to a sloop, the mizzen mast was removed under the direction of Hallberg-Rassy. A 2003 Volvo Penta diesel was added, a Schenker Water Maker added, updated navigation equipment, new sails, new roller reefing, winches, safety equipment, the deck was resealed, the hull was treated with epoxy primer, epoxy International System, antifouling, all chain plates were removed and inspected.

Some of the updated ameneties for extended cruising were; washer, dryer, spacious galley, dishwasher, modem for e-mail, four solar panels and regulator, Aerogen 6 Wind Generator, safety equipment and dinghy.
