The “S” Boats, while originally designed by Herreshoff for class racing, are comfortable for shore cruises. They are able enough to cruise along the New England coast in summer weather, while the rig is so arranged with winches for both halyards that one person can handle under any condition.
The “S” Boats, like all of the Herreshoff boats, are built of the finest and most carefully selected materials and were assembled by expert craftsman. They will, with care, last a lifetime and throughout their life give to their owners that satisfaction which is assured by owning the very best. |
