| This popular Irwin Charter Yacht has been totally refurbished and repainted. Four double guest cabins are aft, each with adjoining heads and showers. The huge salon has a dinette to starboard that will seat 12 for dinner. The galley is forward as well as the two crew cabins, crew head, shower and laundry room. The interior is beautifully done in newly varnished teak cabinetry, teak and holly floors, light contemporary fabrics and there are off-white mini blinds and white Formica surfaces.
The Captain’s cabin forward has inside access to the chain locker, shelves along each hull side, V-berth with insert, two opening topside ports, a large opening overhead hatch, hanging locker and drawers. The shared ensuite head is aft to starboard and features an opening hatch and port, manual marine toilet with 22 gallon holding tank, sink and separate shower compartments.
The crew’s passageway cabin is located next aft to port and has over/under single berths, hanging locker, two opening ports, overhead hatch and additional lockers. Across and to starboard is the galley and the pantry combination laundry room is located to port of the galley and aft of the crew berths.
Up two steps from the galley is the main salon featuring a large c-shaped settee with folding dining table to starboard and lockers outboard and below the settee. The wet bar is to port and forward with an icemaker, dual pot coffeemaker, stainless sink and pressure faucet in the new Stonewood countertop. A two person settee is just aft of the wet bar along with ship’s office space, navigation table, electrical console and power distribution panel.
