Accommodations
Interior in teak and oak with teak/holly cabin sole. Sleeps 6 in V-berth double, two settee berths (one converts to a double) and a quarter berth aft. Pullout full dining table in salon, ample stowage in numerous lockers. All cushions in excellent condition. Head in beautiful condition with shower, toilet, vanity and sink.

Galley
Athena single-burner portable Butane stove, microwave, single SS sink w/hot/cold pressure water system, large icebox, and ample storage for dishes and dry goods. Note, this yacht has been converted for near-coastal cruising, so cooking facilities are at a minimum. However, the galley can be easily converted back to full cruising with the addition of a LNG stove/oven (mounting platform/bracket for LNG gas bottle (s) in aft cockpit locker)

Deck
Hull in excellent condition with recent Awlgrip paint job, plus 3-blade feathering Maxprop. Spray dodger in dark blue with Isenglas and canvas in excellent condition, full cockpit cushions in white in excellent condition. Teak cockpit table, SS rail-mounted propane BBQ grill.

Ideal electric windlass with 1 x 25 Lbs Danforth, 1 x Fortress FX-16, 1 x Fortress FX-7 anchors, 150' chain/rope anchor rode with auxiliary rodes stored below. Miscellaneous life jackets, two hoseshoe ring buoys, man overboard throwable lifeline. Miscellaneous fenders, mooring lines,

SAILS/RIGGING: 3/4 battened maisail by Quantum (2002) 150% Radial genoa by Quantum (2002), 100% working jib, cruising spinnaker with snuffer. Old sails include a mainsail, 150% genoa and 135% genoa. All halliards/sheets in new to excellent condition. 2 x Lewmar 48 ST two-speed winches, 2 x Lewmar 16 two-speed winches, 1 x Lewmar 16 ST single -speed winch. Custom canvas covers for winches. Manual backstay adjuster, Hall rigid boomvang, whicker pole on deck mounts.

HISTORY/USAGE:'Incredible III' is a three owner boat, with the current owner being the third. It has always resided in the Northeast, first in Connecticut, then Greenport, NY with her second owner, and since 1988 it has been stored and berthed in Rhode Island by her current owner.
