My dream during this time of life was buy a sailing boat and start to make a trip around the world. I never sailed before. I was looking for a used vessel. I reviewed more than hundred vessels. I then found the Kirie. She was ten years old, built in France, roomy, strong, good to sailing, comfortable, convenient, and able to make long and hard trip with engine. I bought it in Greece after a two week holiday on board with the owner. So I prepare the boat in Turkey and start a sailing navigation around the world. We sailing both of us, my wife and me and be enjoy nine years onboard. (Start 1993 to 2002). We reach Phuket in Thailand and stop to sailing. We keep the boat only for week-end trip or holidays. This boat has never been used for charter. I am now retiring and want to sell my boat. I plan on buying another vessel( catamaran 40/42 ).
