This 1984 Catalina '25 is in excellent condition and ready to sail. Located in the best marina in DFW (Bayview on Lake Ray Hubbard), this sailboat includes sails in good condition (jib, spinnaker, genoa and mainsail), "like new" interior, collapsible bimini cover, 5.5 hp gas motor, 4 speaker stereo and radio, two sinks, alcohol stove, marine head (with portable "suitcase"), seat cushions, built-in cooler, life preservers, chain anchor, fenders, dock lines, interior lights, self-tailing winches, necessary safety equipment and much more...
