Deck & Hull

Solid carbon epoxy laminated hull with longitudinal and transverse reinforcements.  Laminated bulkheads with vacuum bag and bonded to the hull and deck with biaxial layers.  Deck is laminated in sandwich with carbon nomex under vacuum and has moulded headliner made of composite to meet the bulkheads.

Weldox fin keel with internal lead fill, designed by Botin and built in 2007.
