| Description |
|
The O’Day 272 was designed to be fast, moderately light, lively and easily sailed by two. The vessel draws just under 35” of water; yet is has 1,930 lbs. of lead ballast lowering the center of gravity by using a keel with “wings” to minimize healing and allowing her to enter shallow areas. Her cockpit is large with wide, contoured seats and the interior is roomy. Note 6’2” headroom at the companionway and 5’10” at the main bulkhead. She is a great "starter boat," has had only two owners and comes with a temporary sublease in the Lower Santa Cruz Harbor.
