This 12m centre cockpit steel sloop was built in 1981 by Val Alain and designed by Karroff. She has lots of potential, and has all the space for a liveaboard or for family sailing.
Having being delivered for the owner, she was somewhat disorganised, on the day we visited her and took photos. But with some imagination and vision, could easily reveal her true potential, and sell for a lot more money.
Having only just entered the EU, she is eligible to be within member states for up to 18months, before European VAT should be paid. Canadian flagged.
