This custom built heavy displacement Yorktown (model Olympian) was completed in 1989 from a 1968 hull by her owner at the time, a shipwright and surveyor. Note the interior built for cruising or living aboard with Honduran, African Ribbon and Philippine mahogany, carefully selected, and numerous heavy duty gear, much of it added since 1994. Powered by a Volvo diesel engine with only 344 hours, she comes with a tabernacled mast, suitable for the upper Santa Cruz Harbor (to pass under the bridge) and a one year slip sublease.
