Here is a clean, ex-Great Lakes boat.  “Restless” is a well-cared for example of the popular Morgan 43 built by Catalina Yachts in Largo, Florida.

Her sleek lines, from the drawing board of renowned Nelson/Marek design team, account for excellent performance under sail.

Her impressive equipment list includes solar panels, wind generator, 1800 watt inverter, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and more.

“Restless” has just had fresh Micron 66 bottom paint, fresh varnish, and is ready for inspection, rigorous survey, and new ownership.

There are two private staterooms and two heads.  The owner’s stateroom aft features an offset double bed, a small seat, hanging locker, and drawers.  The private en-suite head has a bathtub/shower.

The forward guest cabin has a large “V” shaped bed with storage under, hanging locker, drawer storage, and a wet head with double entry doors.

The main salon has an “L” shaped settee starboard and straight settee port side with outboard storage behind both.  The double drop leaf dining table has three drawers and a deep bin for storage.

The “U” shaped galley is to starboard adjacent to the companionway stairs.  There are double top-opening refrigeration chests, double stainless sinks, gimbaled 3 burner range with oven, a built-in microwave, and abundant storage drawers and lockers.

The angled navigation station is portside with lift-top desk, electrical circuit breaker panel, and space for extensive electronics.  A work bench and storage for tools and spare parts is opposite the engine room entry door.

Hull, Deck, & Sail Plan

The powerful hull design features a long fin keel, a semi-skeg mounted counter balanced rudder, and a reverse raked transom.  Together with the low-profile center cockpit and coach house, the yacht presents a sleek profile.

Main sheet winch, traveler, and jib sheet winches are within easy reach of the helm.  All non-skid (no teak) decks, double bow and stern railings, and double lifelines provide secure passage around the decks.  Seven deck hatches, four dorade vents, and eleven opening portlights provide ample light and ventilation below.

The double spreader aluminum mast (62’ air draft) and boom were Awlgrip painted two years ago, and associated hardware powder coated.  Standing rigging was magnaflux tested, and most running rigging has been re-newed.
