1964 Darryl Lamb Sportsfish
For Sale By Rudders & Moorings Yacht Sales, LLC
Built to last by Darryl Lamb, Maine in 1964, COMPASS ROSE is a traditional and rugged Downeaster that presents herself at the dock in Stonington Connecticut as a well maintained, structurally sound fishing boat. Cedar planked on oak frames, fiberglass on plywood deck, lower helm in wheelhouse upper helmstation on flybridge. Her 220 hp Volvo diesel fires up every time and she runs well and true. This vessel has a fine seakeeping ability. Well equipped with Furuno depthmeter/fishfinder, Robertson autopilot, Northstar GPS plotter and Furuno radar.
COMPASS ROSE is an established charter vessel with Connecticut charter permit, however her layout and form could be configured with pleasure boat refinements by a new owner.
