In March 2015 the bottom was stripped to bare gel-coat Interlux epoxy barrier boat was applied and bottom paint renewed (done to eliminate excess paint buildup). Entire vessel Awlgripped 2000. Always locally owned and very well cared for since new, there are no "stories" on this boat. Interior and exterior in very good condition. Her 3208 Caterpillar diesels perform beautifully and should have many more years of dependable economical service.

This is the first year production of the second generation Viking 35 Convertible. Improvements were many and include removal of the forward windshields, a much larger Fly-bridge, and a much better interior floor-plan with rich teak hardwoods. The interior boasts generous amounts of beautiful lighter colored hand rubbed teak hardwoods and high quality teak veneers. Galley has teak parquet sole, tile in head area and carpeting in remainder.
The salon is very roomy with an L-shaped sofa to starboard, entertainment center forward to port, a large convertible dinette down to port, across is a mid-level galley with full sized refrigerator/freezer, and a very convenient serving bar separating the galley and salon.
Down to starboard is the head with vanity and separate shower stall enclosure.
Forward is the master stateroom with a very roomy and versatile V-berth which sleeps a 6 foot 4 inch adult comfortably.
Engine room access is through the salon sole with large opening hatches allowing very good access.
Out through the sliding salon door is a very large uncluttered cockpit with two removable fish boxes, a removable Cockpit Bimini top and full transom. There is a teak swim platform with stainless dive ladder.
Up to the fly-bridge the helm station is aft with two helm seats. Forward of the helm is full bench forward of the helm station and a starboard side bench with storage. This may be the largest Fly-Bridge ever built on a 35 foot convertible. Helm areas is protected by a full Bimini Top with a four sided Strata-Glass enclosure.

Generator is mounted in engine room unlike earlier models. Generator easily handles all of the A/C demands of the vessel. Boat can be run on a single 15 Amp shore power cord if desired. (Will run one A/C unit ).
