Presenting "Nellie Bly". This Island Packet combines contemporary hull design, with the forgiveness of a long keel, to give the owner an easily handled yacht that takes care of itself with little helm assist. This is what a long keel boat should do. The Island Packet 35 has a generous spring to the sheer, a short spoon bow and a chopped off transom with very little camber. The bowsprit-platform nicely extends the sheer line making the boat appear longer, and lower, than it really is.

If you are ready to cruise in comfort, the cutter "Nellie Bly” is ready to make it happen! Fully equipped to make that next great offshore passage. Island Packets are known for their exceptional use of space, offshore capabilities, and classic lines. These boats are reliable, comfortable, spacious cruisers with well-earned reputations as Bluewater boats.

The Island Packet 35 is a great boat with traditional seakeeping virtues combined with the speed and power of a modern hull form. All lines are led to the cockpit for easy single handing. A sweet turn of speed when sailing and very comfortable when relaxing aboard. This vessel has been very well maintained throughout the years of current ownership.
