2003 Four Winns Vista 328
- Stock #101950 -
The Four Winns Vista 328 is not radically different from all other American Sport Cruisers, but is subtly superior. They look good tied to the dock, as well as out on the open water.
The Stable-Vee hull has reversed chines and a stepped running surface to reduce drag when cruising.
But it is with the finish and furnishings that you'll see the noticeable difference. The upholstery is a very soft-touch and nicely stitched vinyl; the snap-in cockpit carpet is rubber backed and it she also has timber blinds.
Coming aboard you immediately notice the double-width boarding platform with plenty of room to lay out at anchor if you so desire. The swim ladder is a deep-reach design; the handheld hot/cold shower is nearby, and the boat has a huge transom door.
The large aft locker has plenty of storage space for fenders and swinging mooring lines. There are also dockside connectors for cable television, power, telephone line (internet access) and water enclosed here.
The cockpit is very large and welcoming, with overhead lights, intimate courtesy lights and plush seating. The circular aft lounge behind the skipper's seat wraps around a molded cockpit table. There's room for six people to enjoy each other's company in the sun or under the shade of the camper canvas.
The big wraparound windshield (which has an opening allowing access to the foredeck) offers good protection from the wind while underway or in the colder months while at anchor and the views out of them are open and clear. The dash has a full spread of Faria gauges, sounder with shallow-water alarm, windlass controls and remote for the Clarion sound system.
Down below with the aft double berth, which has a privacy curtain, the offset double berth in the bow and the convertible dinette in the saloon, the boat can sleep six with plenty of clothing storage in the cedar-lined hanging lockers. If you add the camper covers and infill in the cockpit, it's possible to accommodate eight.
The Galley has plenty of food-prep space and the sink is deep enough to stack plates for post-party cleanups. It includes a two-burner electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker and waist-high 12/240V fridge.
The boat is well powered with the twin 350 MPI V8 MerCruisers and the Mercury Bravo Three drives. The 30 amp battery charger, battery-management system, air-conditioning in the cabin, and tank-level indicators are all standard equipment. She also has a foot-controlled windlass, fog-free engine gauges and plenty of built-in storage amenities.
