ConditionBoat has been laid up in heated in-door storage for the last 10 years for restoration. Hull exterior appears to be in very good condition. The anti-fouling paint on the bottom of the hull appears in good condition (last painted 1992-3). Decks and superstructure appear to be in good condition. A lot of the work to prepare the boat for restoration has been done; especially the deck surface with teak decking being removed, screw holes filled and sanded. There are some visible signs of leaks which was the motivation to refit the deck surface. Engine started 2 seasons ago on the first turn of the key to relocate the vessel at the current storage facility. Below deck conditions were a little dusty and cluttered due to renovations that were taking place. All cabin doors were in good shape. The stove/oven has been removed with intent to replace it with an updated appliance. All cabin cushions appear in good condition.
