This 50’ Eric LeRouge is a truly unique catamaran-in a class of her own. Designed by the famous French Naval Architect, Eric LeRouge-she was outfitted as an owner’s boat-set up for short- handed sailing, finishes in incomparable luxury and comfort. She was launched in 2005, built at a cost of $ 1.8 M and was completely renovated in 2010, at a cost of $ 250K.

She was recently hauled out, upgraded, updated and refitted to make her a state of the art high performance world cruiser. Upgrades included: Dyform rigging, in-boom roller furling system, Harken electric primary winches, new generator and complete 110V system installed parallel to the existing 220V system; upgraded electronics and sound system; newly repainted with Awlgrip LPU paint; new tinted acrylic windows, all interior flooring replaced with Marine Deck 2000 cork decking, extended out to cockpit and transom steps ... and the list goes on.

A 3 cabin vessel with the starboard hull dedicated to the owner’s cabin. She has a large guest cabin port aft and a smaller guest/crew quarters port forward both with separate head/shower bathrooms.

This boat has been meticulously maintained by a professional captain who diligently oversaw her recent renovation, going through all systems to ensure that they work flawlessly.

You may enter from either port or starboard station gates or from the reverse sheer transom steps and you enter the large cockpit with an L-shaped dining area starboard and a helm station with double helm seat, ice maker and sink port side. The cockpit has a hardtop bimini with acrylic windshields and can be fully enclosed for the ultimate in lounging comfort. The large door next to the driving station takes you into the main salon which features port side: a large dining table, surrounded by couch style seating, entertainment center with flat screen TV.

Starboard side: a forward facing navigation station and office and aft facing galley with stylish Corian countertops and pass through windows into the cockpit. The galley is equipped with Bosh Dishwasher, Verone Oven, Microwave oven, Refrigerator and Deep Freezer (total of 6).

Down four steps is the owner’s suite which features a king sized berth aft, a dressing room, an electric head with two-sink vanity-Corian topped, washer and dryer and a separate enclosed shower forward.

The port hull features a guest cabin aft with double berth, enclosed electric head and shower. An additional guest/crew cabin forward with upper and lower bunk beds, separate enclosed shower and electric head. Between these two cabins inboard is a well concealed workbench. All openings and hatches are equipped with screens and shades.
