1982 Wauquiez 38
Ted Hood's trademark designs have displacement and centerboards (4'6"/10'10"). And this is true with the Wauquiez 38. Full displacement means a large interior and seakindleness. The centerboard allows Access in more harbors and provides excellent up-wind performance.

The 38 has a generous interior due to her displacement. There is standing headroom, 6' 2", and good beam allowing for an uncramped interior. The owners cabin, aft is larger than many on a 38 footer. Galley and main salon do not interfere with one another. The head too enjoys full headroom. The forward cabin is light and airy.
