Vessel Walkthrough

Forward is the guest stateroom with a large V-berth, lockers and drawer storage.  Aft to Starboard is the guest head with a washbowl and shower with tub.  To Port is the galley with stove, refrigerator sink and ample storage.  Up and aft is the saloon. Starboard is the helm with the very useful side door.  Aft is a settee with a custom drop-leaf table with seating for 8.  Port side of the saloon forward has a pass through from the galley.  Aft are two chairs and a table. Machinery space access below the saloon.  Down and aft of the saloon is the master stateroom with an island queen berth, ensuite head with tub with shower and basin.  The master has ample hanging, locker and drawer storage.  

On deck forward is a Simpson Lawrence two speed manual windlass servicing a Bruce 44 and Fortress anchor.  The large Flybridge is up with the helm forward to Starboard.  The entire flybridge is covered with a new bimini providing ample shade Steadying sail mast is at the aft end of the Flybridge.  Aft the trunk top provides open space for storage or sunning.  The aft cockpit provides good space for tending aft lines and tender access.  The large walk around decks have had the teak removed and new fiberglass deck installed.  


The salon is a large open space with tremendous windows which provide plenty of light and views of you journey.  

Forward and to Starboard is the lower helm with the very useful side door.  The lower helm is equipped as the secondary station with the essentials.  It provides a comfortable place to helm the vessel in times of extreme inclement weather.  

Aft of the helm is a settee with a custom drop-leaf table with seating for 8, perfect arrangement for entertaining a group of friends or spreading out books and charts to plan you adventure.  

Port side of the saloon forward has a pass through from the galley to facilitate transfer of food to the salon.  The pass through is configured to allow two people to sit at stools and converse with whomever is in the Galley. 

Aft of the pass through are two chairs for reading watching TV or enjoying the views. A locker for the air conditioner with storage above is in the aft port corner.  Aft on the centerline is a cabinet with storage, TV and stereo.  Machinery space access below the saloon.  A Port side door makes for easy access to the deck. 


The large Galley provides plenty of space and counters for two to cook together.  Forward in the galley is the Suburban 3 burner propane stove, Convection Microwave Oven below stove, 12V and 115V outlets, two door 12V and 115V refrigerator/freezer all with storage cabinets above.  Outboard is the double sink with a filtered drinking water dispenser.  A large under counter storage area is accessed through the countertop.  Facing aft there is counterpace with a storage shelf above for frequently needed items

Master Stateroom

The aft master stateroom is a spacious bright space.  

The island queen berth has a nightstand on the Port side has two storage drawers to keep essentials out of sight and secure when underway.  A hanging locker on the port side provides ample hanging storage and has handy shelf space above.  

On the starboard side of the cabin there is storage with a counter and below are four drawers and a locker with ventilation louvers.  

In the ensuite head there is a reliable manual head, washbasin with a single handle faucet and storage below.  Outboard is the tub with shower which is large enough for an adult. 

Guest Stateroom

Forward is a large private guest cabin with an ensuite head.  The berth is a large v-berth with storage shelves along both outboard sides for night time essentials.  Below there is drawer storage and aft to starboard is a hanging locker.  

The guest head is complete with a manual head.  There is a long counter with washbowl with single handle faucet.  The tub with shower is in the aft end of the head. 


Helm & Electronics

Upper Helm: 

Upper helm provides an open 360 degree view to operate the vessel and enjoy all your surroundings to the fullest.  There are fixed seats for 8 and deck space for additional chair seating.
