We have ways to maximize tax deductible donations with direct access to the IRS-recognized Not-For-Profit-501 (C)Foundations. The foundations are dedicated to Boat Safety utilizing yachts to conduct educational opportunities and trips to the Bahamas and the United States. 

The foundation upon receiving a donated vessel may find a buyer & enter into a lease with purchase option transaction for the initial two years after the date of receipt from the donor. Such a lease with purchase option agreement meets the requirements of the IRS. Proceeds from the leasing of a donated yacht is then used in supporting its programs.
