Risers were put in Feb. 2012, manifolds were replaced in 2007 and have nothing wrong with them because the boat is configured as a FULL closed cooling. The only part of the exhaust system that sees seawater are the risers. The manifolds run antifreeze through them, and the system is equipped with a fresh water flush kit on the transom. Just hook up a garden hose and turn it on after you are done w/ the boat and it automatically (via check valves) flushes all seawater from the raw water pumps, u coolers, heat exchangers and risers.
