General Details

This beautiful new build yacht has just finished the Monaco Yacht Show and it was received very well!  The yacht is ready for immediate delivery.  Karia is built like a ship and can handle long term cruising in any remote part of the world.

The style of the exterior of the RMK 4500 is a unique and subtle combination of elegant flowing lines while containing both the practical amenities and facilities of a yacht and a purposeful stable hull. Ron Holland’s intention was to create a yacht optimized for long-distance cruising, regardless of weather conditions and cruising with family and friends in the Mediterranean that fulfilled several specific requirements. These included exterior styling unique to this design and distinguishing her interior arrangements by the full beam cabin and studio on the owner’s private deck.

Accommodations
The boat stowage is a very important feature on the yacht, allowing for good sized high performance tenders. An arrangement has been designed under the foredeck to prevent prime space being lost at the aft end of the yacht. Two flush fitting hatches cover the spacious high performance tenders to protect them from the elements, even in the most  severe conditions, leaving the entire foredeck clear for other uses. It has also been designed to carry two additional boats or jet skis etc on top of the hatches if required. The aft deck is largely sheltered under the overhang of the master deck, providing a shaded dining and seating area, with views all round the stern of the yacht. The bar area in the aft part of the main deck accommodation has a drop-down service window for access to the aft deck. The versatile table arrangements can be set up as two separate areas, with both bench and individual seats, or combined as one large overall area providing seating for up to 12 people. Behind the seating area there is a sun pad for those who wish to sunbathe in the company of others seated at the table. The sky deck is another superb outside space on board this yacht full of features, conceived with total versatility in mind. When set up with the long dining table it can seat up to 24 guests. There is a bar area served by a dumb waiter forward and a relaxing Jacuzzi and sunpad area set out aft . An incredibly spacious upper deck lies within Ron Holland’s attractive exterior lines. This 90 m2 area full width master deck is a triumph in the design of the yacht, allowing the privacy desired by users combined with space and features to make this a unique space. The master suite comprises a bedroom, his and hers bathrooms amidships and a studio/office which opens out onto the master aft deck. There is access to the master suite either aft from the main deck externally, or internally forward from the main yacht entrance lobby on the starboard side. The versatile aft section on the master deck can be treated as a private entertaining or relaxing area for the master suites or can be used as an additional space for all guests on board. A wonderful inside/outside atmosphere is created by opening up the entire glass aft wall of the master studio. This can be used in a number of ways as it comprises three individual sliding glass doors that move seamlessly to the port side, leaving a completely clear opening or smaller access opening as you choose. This well designed and unusual inside/outside feature provides great flexibility on the master deck. The aft deck in turn has direct access to the equally spacious sky deck and main deck aft . Large picture windows also link the light and spacious interior with spectacular exterior vistas. The saloon area emphasizes the use for casual seating as dining is predominately outside. The lounge is a relaxed seating area with a large TV and media facilities. In addition, there is an inside dining area set out at the starboard aft part of the saloon opposite the bar. Many of the large windows throughout the yacht are electrically operated to allow the choice of fresh air fl owing though the yacht.
