Overview

Sleeps 6 owners and guests in 3 staterooms. There are 3 owner and guest staterooms including one guest head and one master head. Vessel topsides were painted in November 2011 by Viking using Imron. At that time most of the exterior hardware was also replaced as well as all Viking recommendations were completed. Maintenance has been vigorously done and many upgrades including all recommended engine upgrades by MAN, Vulcon cuplings replaced August 2012. Maintenance records available.

Vessel Walkthrough

Upon entry to the spacious salon to port is an L-Shaped beige colored ultra-leather sofa with storage beneath and pullout sleeper with hi-lo teak coffee table. Forward to starboard is dinette pedestal. Above is the Bose surround sound entertainment center which features stereo/CD equipment with built in DVD and 42” flat screen TV, FM stereo, speakers and wine bottle storage. Interior has duet blinds, new carpet and lamberquins, suede throw pillows, all in natural earth tones. Down three steps in the companionway is central vacuum under steps and washer/dryer. Galley is on same level as salon to port.

Guest Stateroom-Forward

The forward guest stateroom has the queen size walk around bed with quilted bedspread and pillow shams, suede throw pillows, 13” color TV and VCR, stereo speakers, telephone outlet and cedar lined hanging locker. Ensuite access to head with stall shower.

Remarks

Spirit’s current owner purchased her in 2001 and has used her for personal use between Florida and the Bahamas.  She was completely painted by Viking Yacht in 2011.  Her engines where overhauled by MAN in 2004 and she currently has about 1715 hours since overhaul.  Her engines where just completely serviced by ACE Marine including boroscoping of all cylinders, which showed minimal, normal wear.  She has been kept in top condition inside and out and even includes a dingy and davit which were installed in 2006.  She also just completed a full detail and bottom paint by Treichel Marine.
