Accomodations

Owner and Guests: Sleeps 9 in four staterooms on lower deck; access through staircase from the main foyer amidships (starboard). Bathrooms: 4 owners and guests plus day head on deck and 2 crew's bathrooms. Jacuzzi with separate marble shower for master; stall showers for other bathrooms (day head excluded); ceramic sinks, Microphor heads; mirrors; cabinets; accessories; portholes; exhaust fans. Marble in all floors and counters; lacquered wood or laminate on ceilings and walls.  The Master Stateroom is located amidships and features a king size berth, ensuite marble bath with Jacuzzi tub as well as stall shower and vanity with two sinks.  It is furnished with an owner's desk, vanity, and sofa.  There is also a walk-in closet with wardrobe, drawers and shelving.   The VIP Stateroom is located forward with king berth and ensuite head with shower.   The Starboard Guest Stateroom has a full size berth, and bath with a stall shower.  The Port Guest Stateroom has two twin berths with a Pullman, and bath with a stall shower.

Salon

On the main deck, the Salon is entered through electric glass doors from the aft deck and features two large sofas and coffee tables, and a full bar forward with marble top, icemaker, freezer, fridge and stainless steel sink.  Behind the bar is a 42" Plasma TV and entertainment center including VCR, DVD, CD players, Sat TV and complete surround sound system.  Electric glass doors open on the main foyer and day head, as well as access stairs to the accommodations level and door to the formal dining salon.

Dining

The Dining Salon features a large table with seating for 8, and cabinets for cutlery, china and glassware.  There are table settings for 12.  A sliding door forward leads to the galley, and an electric glass door aft leads to the salon.  There is a built in 21" TV and AM/FM stereo radio/CD.

Galley

Pilothouse

Remarks

"Evelyn" has just completed a 2 1/2 month refit including new paint, bright work, teak refinishing, and new interior decor throughout.  All systems have been serviced, and main engines have had a W3.   Beautiful Italian craftsmanship evident throughout this well maintained Maiora 102'.  Owner is moving up and offers are strongly encouraged.
