GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This 70' Cheoy Lee features an enclosed bridge accessible via cockpit ladder.  The bridge sports two separate helm stations; one inside and one on the bridge deck aft of the enclosure.  She has a full array of electronics, multiple (4) cameras for real-time views of the cockpit and engine room with ample seating in air-conditioned comfort. With a 20' beam, Rainmaker has a massive salon with generous seating for 10 or more.  The full-size galley upgraded with KitchenAid stainless steel appliances offers more room than a typical home kitchen.  Down and forward are numerous storage closets, some are size of staterooms found on other vessels.  Below the galley is a large master stateroom with private head, bidet and Jacuzzi.  Going forward to port is a VIP stateroom with private head with shower.  To starboard is a third stateroom with private head and shower.  Crew quarters are forward with private head and shower.  This yacht boasts an abundance of space.
