General Details

The FLYBRIDGE has complete repeaters and direct access to the wheelhouse. It is very spacious and has comfortable settees all around. Aft is the BOAT DECK which has excellent sunbathing areas as well as boat stowage. New sand toned upholstery, fresh varnish, new wicker furniture and sun bathing chairs. The large AFT DECK is covered and offers comfortable seating as well as a dining area. A ladder gives access to a diving platform. New furniture, lacquer table with new white cushions in bench seating. Double doors open into an elegantly finished MAIN SALON done in creams, beige and pastels; a very relaxing area. Maple hardwood floors are throughout both decks (2006). There is a full Luxman component Stereo/Video system with Sat Receiver in the MAIN SALON. New electronics, TV, new carpeting, lamp fixtures (freestanding and on walls), white upholstery, curtains with accent blue upholstery, walls and ceiling painted satin white and new hardware.  Forward is the DINING SALON with a Regency style dining table and chairs. New table with large white chairs, walls and ceiling painted satin white, wood cabinetry touched up and refinished with new light fixtures on walls, new center light fixture over table, and new carpeting and hardware.    The very well equipped GALLEY is forward to port and except for its doorway to the dining salon is completely isolated from the rest of the ship. The GALLEY has new teak holly flooring, everything painted white, fresh and clean. Everything detailed with new hardware and fixtures and new curtains. To starboard is a COMPANIONWAY with stairs up to the wheelhouse, (wood on walls have been touched up and refinished with new carpeting), a DAYGUEST WC ROOM (new teak holly flooring and new sink), stairs down to the guest quarters, and ending at the doorway to the owner's stateroom. There is new carpet on stairs and lower floor. Wood walls have been touched up and refinished. The WHEELHOUSE is a semi-sunken one and beautifully finished in teak. It too is quite large and there is an "observer's settee" in the aft part. All wood touched up and new upholstery.  The OWNER'S STATEROOM is as elegant as the rest of the yacht and finished in cool blues using mostly fabrics on the walls. To port is a settee and to starboard a desk and dressing table. The bathroom is equally spacious and finished in beige marble tiles. New carpet, bed linen, TV, light fixtures (freestanding and on walls), new fabric panel boards, curtains and hardware. The bathroom has new faucet, sinks and toilet/bidet (all painted awl-grip snow white), marble tiling, hardware replaced or refinished, mirrors, curtains and new towels. The LOWER DECK guest accommodations are comprised of three DOUBLE STATEROOMS. Two have twin berths and one, the full beam VIP stateroom, has a queen-sized bed. All three have ensuite bathrooms and the VIP has a tub as well as a shower. Each stateroom is finished in a different motif; one is red, one is blue and the other is green. The ENGINE ROOM is all the way aft and maintained in really top condition. Floor has been painted silver, engines cleaned and painted. Bilges painted, new belts on hydraulic system, pumps gone through complete service, all hose clamps serviced and refinished. Forward, with access from the maindeck galley, are the CREW QUARTERS. Walls and ceiling painted, new teak and holly floor, new bedding, upholstery, curtains, painted table, countertops (cleaned thoroughly), new hardware and towels. There is a separate crew galley, a crew mess, and four cabins two singles each with its own head and shower, a double with adjoining head and shower, and a larger captain's cabin with a double bed.
