Pulled from storage on October 10th 2011. Very thoroughly cleaned with a punch list including full mechanical inspection / fuel polishing / fluid changes / etc. scheduled during upcoming winter lay-up. Power-plants and gensets operated to spec along with all other systems tested during sea trial. New suite of photos taken October 16th and 17th 2011 accurately portray her current condition.

Sue's Pool III is offered by a very knowledgeable owner who practiced his due diligence both before and after her acquisition in 2003. Very rare open aft deck features Espar heating, wet bar with icemaker, rear stratoglas enclosure, sliding side windows, and wing doors to side decks. This area has proven to be among the most favored aboard as it serves as a “back porch” with four season capabilities. An extensive interior refit includes the gourmet galley featuring top of the line appliances and Corian countertops, new carpeting throughout, Tecma heads, Espar heating system, digital AC/heat, etc. Kept in climate controlled storage she’s been recently wheeled & waxed, freshly bottom painted, and enjoys a monthly cleaning schedule. Mechanicals inspected by the area's leading service firm with only the usual commissioning procedures found required. Accommodations & Layout
The heated open aft deck features custom seating with side windows, wet bar, aft enclosure and wing doors to forward decks. Salon features new commercial grade carpet with runners, beautiful settee to starboard and two leather recliners. The galley was re-modeled in 2005 and features top of the line appliances and will satisfy the most demanding gourmand. The pilothouse features the dinette and centerline station. Full electronics package overhead and pocket doors to side decks. The fly bridge offers abundant bench seating, new bimini in 2005, electronics mast, satellite TV module, davit and chocks for dinghy and life raft.  (Dinghy not included in sale) The Master suite is aft with queen sized bed, abundant lockers and drawers and lighted vanity. Masters suite features a private head with Tecma silent flush toilet, shower with tub and wood flooring. Guest staterooms are forward to port and starboard off passageway. VIP stateroom has private entry to head with separate shower and Tecma fresh water silent flush toilet. Both guest staterooms offer hanging lockers and drawers. Crew quarters feature bunks for two, abundant storage and its own private head with Tecma silent flush fresh water toilet and separate shower.
