General Details

This four stateroom motor yacht has a forward on deck master stateroom with a panoramic view to forward and both sides. Similar yachts have a raised pilothouse but since this yacht was designed with a skylounge this area was built as in informal dining area also with an incredible view. The VIP stateroom is larger than the master on similar sized yachts. With only 550 hours on the main engines the yacht has seen light use and is in excellent condition.

Four Stateroom Layout includes a stunning forward master with a 270° forward view also 3 guest suites, plus crew quarters for Capt, and two crew. All staterooms are in suite, complete with flat screen TV, separate SAT receivers, stereo systems etc…The VIP is as large is most masters of a yacht this size, a great plus for chartering. Also the vessel has a custom enclosed sky lounge with amenities that include 42’ flat screen TV on power lift, full bar, day head and leather wrap around couches. Fully equipped steering station with four leather Besenzoni’s Captain chairs with electric controls.  
Aft Deck
Has a built in settee that wraps around the transom. The cushions are done in sunbrella. In front of the settee is a large dining table that slides and also can be lowered and raised. The deck is teak and is protected with a hard top. All ceiling lights can be operated with dimmers. There is a port side S/S sink and small beverage refrigerator. Also a 20” flat screen TV with a power lift and ceiling speakers. There are port and starboard electric capstans for easy docking and line handling. Breakfast Nook / Office
Thru the galley and up the teak steps midship you will enter a unique area of this vessel, which on all other Johnson is the pilot house. This area was designed to be either a casual dining area (breakfast nook) or a great office. There is a leather wrap around settee with a 180° view looking forward accompanied by a nice teak table. The high gloss teak and holly sole continues up the step to the sky lounge.

Crew Quarters
Crew quarters can be entered thru a port side aft door. The crew area has a complete galley including microwave, Refridge/icemaker, glass stove counter top and a sit down settee. Two cabins, one with Captain full size berth and the other with two bunks for a total of 3 berths. They are separated with a full bathroom and separate shower that both staterooms share. There is also a washer and dryer and Captain's safe.

Galley
Forward and to port from the salon you enter thru a pocket door which has a frosted glass sunburst design with wood trim The galley has all GE Profile S/S appliances a S/S sink, granite countertops and marble sole. The ceiling was eliminated during the build and one can look up to the open breakfast nook (office) with wrap around vertical windows which bring in indirect light both to the galley and breakfast nook. There is also a separate entrance door to the galley were the crew does not have to enter thru the salon while owners are entertaining or dining.  
Lower Accomodations
A teak stairwell with lit handrails starboard side between the salon and master lead below to the guest suites.
Master Stateroom
Walking forward thru the salon, you will enter on the starboard side a granite soled foyer; to port is a day head accompanied with a granite counter top sink and cabinet. Walking forward of the day head thru a privacy door you will enter one of the main features of this yacht, which is a split level owner suite, usually found on much larger vessels. The main deck master enjoys 180° views, from your king master berth which is electrically controlled to raise and lower the mattress separately on each side for comfortable views, sleep or just sitting up to view the 42’ flat screen TV that will pop up with your hand remote. Custom cabinets port and starboard include a small beverage refridgerator and owners' safe Forward of the TV is the lower level bathroom complete with port and starboard his and hers cedar line closets, a huge walk in Jacuzzi tub with rain shower and side jets. Separate his and hers bathrooms with designer frosted glass panels, complete with granite counter tops and marble floors

Additional Comments
This vessel has a unique lay-out as no other 87’ Johnson has, rather than having two steering stations, the pilot house steering station was eliminated and made into a seating area that can be used as a breakfast knook, office,or dining area. The fly bridge deck was enclosed with a yacht finish and made into a sky lounge with a full steering station. The vessel also has two back down stations port and starboard on the aft deck. The aft deck was reinforced and carries a large Jacuzzi and large inflatable (18’ Noverana with 115 Yamaha). You won’t find these large toys on a vessel of this size. She also has a storage area in which the transom has a hydraulic door that opens up to a storage area that could be used for a fishing or dive station for tanks,compressor, and refrigeration.  "U.S. Import Duty Paid"  
Salon Dining
The dining area is integrated into the main salon. The dining table accommodates 8 dining chairs and has a mirrored ceiling soffett,the same shape as the dining table and has halogen lights that can be dimmed. Aft of the dining table is a built in 50" flat screen TV, when not in use can be hidden by the sun burst design sliding doors. There are also built in cabinets port and starboard for dishes, cups, saucers and cutlery. This dining area is separated from the salon with a wrap around marble sole cut half moon with a black stone border between the custom salon rug. All the furniture is custom but not built in and removeable.  
Salon
By a push of a button, or set automatically two S/S glass doors open simultaneously to the main salon. To port is a custom bar with a glass top, complete with Fridge/icemaker, Liqueur and glass storage S/S sink, granite counter top and 3 S/S stools with S/S safety hand rail. Forward of the bar is a 42’ flat screen TV that pops up when in use with a hand held remote. Starboard side has a huge custom “L” shaped couch done in ultra suede. This couch is removable and was made for this vessel and has complete storage under the seat cushions. In front of the couch is a movable coffee table with a frosted glass top. The salon has a complete surround sound system with BOSE cube speakers, two flat screen TV’s, SAT receivers and DVD/CD system.
Skylounge
This sky lounge was custom designed. An automatic air door separates the sky lounge from the breakfast nook entrance for complete privacy. The helm station has good visibility with vertical wrap around windows. She has 4 black leather Besenzoni electric powered Captains chairs. Full compliment of electronics, which includes 3 LCD flat navigation screens, aft of the steering station is a full wet bar with Refridge/ice machine, S/S sink, black granite counter tops, and plenty of storage, also as part of the bar is a pop up 42"flat screen tv,and music system. Aft of the bar is a complete day head and wash basin. On the starboard side is an “L” shaped couch done in the off white leather. The sole is high gloss teak and holly. Upper Deck
The upper deck was re-enforced to carry not only a full sized Jacuzzi, not a small bath tub, this is the real deal, but also a large inflatable (18’ Noverana with 115 Yamaha ) and a S/S BBQ. Vessel Walkthrough
The vessel can be boarded by using two forward or aft boarding gates, port or starboard side. Also boarding aft via the swim platform and up either port or starboard teak steps to the protected aft deck in which you can then enter the main salon thru automatic opening S/S air doors. You can also walk up the teak steps on port side to enter the upper aft deck and sky lounge. From the aft deck because of her wide beam (23.6’) are port and starboard wide safe walk around side decks going forward to the bow with entry doors both port and starboard. The complete main deck is teak.
VIP Stateroom
Forward is the VIP. This could be a master in any other vessel. Full beam VIP has a oversize queen berth with a designer fabric head board, a built in settee and ladies vanity. Large cedar lined closets, storage drawers under the bed and plenty of cabinet space. This suite has a surround system with built in ceiling speakers, SAT TV and a 32’ flat screen built into aft wall. Also has a beverage cooler and built in safe. The VIP bathroom is oversize with a huge stand up shower, marble counter tops and floors.
