Vessel Walkthrough

The Flybridge overhang allows all weather comfort in the Cockpit area.  Through the large "freedom" door you enter the Salon area.  The Salon sole features teak and holly flooring (laminate) and hatch access to the Engine Room.  To port is the large settee. The portside has an Ultra leather sofa with storage underneath.  To starboard is the large "L" shaped Galley area and access to the flat screen TV and entertainment center above the refrigerator.  Further forward and to port is the Dinette with two matching stools aft and a bench seat forward.  To starboard is the Lower Helm with sliding access door.  Down three stairs, which lift to reveal the Laundry Area, is the guest cabin to port with access to the Head across the hallway to starboard.  All the way forward is the centerline queen berth with Head access and lots of storage.  Back to the Cockpit, the Lazarette offers ample storage and access to the generator. Along either side of the Cockpit and along the transom are storage areas.  To starboard there is a molded, fiberglass stairway that leads to the enormous Upper Deck and Flybridge area.  Complete with seating for a crowd, excellent visibility and a "summer kitchen" area, the Upper Deck also features a folding table that allows Upper Deck dining and entertaining.     Salon Bright, airy and offers plenty of headroom the 40 Mainship Salon and combination Galley area offers supersized space for a  40' Sedan type trawler/motoryacht.   The portside has an Ultra Leather sofa with storage below.  Next forward is a Dinette with two loose stools aft, an upholstered bench seat forward and a highly varnished table between the two.   Forward is a large chart flat.     Galley To starboard is the Galley and the entertainment system.   The Galley is U shaped, has large windows with blinds the center of which opens.     The Galley equipment includes:   Everwear Laminate teak & holly sole Direct TV     Lower Helm The Lower Helm is forward to starboard and has a raised helm area, a sliding door to the side decks and the following equipment:   Side Power bow thruster controls   ZF teak and holly sole, four overhead fluorescent lights, blinds on the side windows, three opening windows, drapes across the aft, central vacuum outlet, double doors, an Oriental throw rug and hatches that open to the Engine Room.     Guest Stateroom Down three steps and forward to port is the Guest Cabin with twin lower berths with an optional filler board and cushion to make a double berth.  Each berth lifts for storage below.  Above the berths are four cabinet doors for storage.    At the foot of the outboard berth is a reading light, a CO detector and a half height cedar lined hanging locker with auto light.  Above are both an opening screened hatch and a small porthole for ventilation.  The sole is carpeted, there are accent lights built in and an AC vent from the main system.      Head The single Head has a fiberglass inner, a molded tub shower combo with a bi fold door and a side light, a stainless steel sink, Vacuuflush head, storage below the sink, a top loading hamper, and opening porthole and an AC vent.    The Head is dual access from the Master Cabin as well.     Master Cabin The Master Cabin has a centerline pedestal double berth with two drawers at the foot of the berth and additional storage below.  Above the berth are two reading lights and an escape hatch with a sliding cover and screen.   To starboard is a double door cedar lined hanging locker with auto light.  Next aft is the entrance to the Head.   To port are two cabinet doors, one with shelves within, the other a half height hanging locker. Two opening screened portholes provide ventilation, two
