So you think the price of $49,900 is a misprint. If you take the time to look at the pictures, look what this boat has had done to it,or come see the boat we will both agree it should be a misprint. This one owner boat was purchased from Holiday new with no engines. The owner did not want the IO package that this boat came with. If you want a late 1980 Holiday Mansion with tired MerCruisers and leaking IO in the $30,000 range stop reading and buy one of them. This boat was not put in the water till 2006 (this is not a misprint) he spent allmost twenty years working and updating this boat the way he wanted it.He did not want IO so he purchased in 2003 three 250hp Yamaha engines and each put on its own Jack plate ($50,000) He had Ward Marine come in and rewire the entire boat 12 volt and 110 applications ($40,000). This is one of the most impressive jobs this broker has ever seen. The fuel, water, and oil tanks were all updated with better tanks. The anchor pulprit and windlass was installed ($5000) and it has a storage area that will seperate the chain from the rode and can rinse them after they are stored. He put a Westerbeke 6kw low CO2 Genset in the boat ($10,000). The electronics include a Raymarine E120 Charplotter and a Autopilot. Well at this point if your asking WHY so did i numerous times while i was listing this boat. He wanted to own a boat that was done right is the only conclusion i came up with. This boat has over $300,000 invested in it and also includes Dusky Drives for engines, oil change and transfer pump, two battery chargers, highwater alarms, custom cockpit hatches, and all blue Coast Guard approved fuel hoses. THIS IS A MUST SEE BEFORE ANY PURCHASE. OWNER WILL PAY 1/2 SHIPPING COST TO ANYWHERE IN FLORIDA.
SEPTEMBER 2014 UPDATE /// The boat was just hauled and a complete bottom paint job was done, new trim-tabs were installed with prop-speed,hull polished, and engine outdrive work was completed.
