The owner has upgraded or replaced the gear and equipment as follows: Engines repowered, CruiseAir Heat/Air Conditioning, Refrigerator, Hot water heater, V-Berth Mattress, Curtains, Upholstery, Fuel tank, Fuel lines, Water tank, Manifolds, Hoses and Exhaust risers, Swim platform, Cutlass bearings, Shafts, Thru hulls and Seacocks.  New AGM Batteries in 2012.  Bottom was soda blasted and barrier coated in 2011.  Boat has been freshly bottom painted and new zincs were installed in preparation for the 2013 boating season.
