General Details

If you are looking for a state-of-the-art pocket cruiser that has a B & R mast with fractional sail plan and a practical, roomy interior, this clean, very nicely kept Hunter 27 is it! She has had little use with only 230 hours on her almost spotless Yanmar 18 hp inboard diesel engine and sports furling jib and furling mainsail plus the latest in electronics. For interior comfort, note 6’2” headroom in the main cabin with dinette seating capacity for up to six people, and a large, private aft cabin. She was hauled and bottom painted (no blisters) in June 2011, had the water pump serviced in August 2011 plus professional engine service in December 2012. No problems have been reported; she is ready for her new discerning owner!
