Vessel has been in storage on the hard since last May 2012. The bottom is in excellent condition, the rudder has been enlarged, bearing is good in rudder and cutlass. The hull sides need some touch-up, top sides need paint.The sail inventory had been restitched and cleaned and coated. The lower price reflects the motivation of seller. Most electronics had been up-dated. Aft cabin has 2 bunks, queen-size insert, double hanging locker, bureau, numerous lockers and drawers. Aft cabin head is enclosed with shower, sink, 110 volt AC and 110 volt DC receptacles, flourescent light. Walkthrough passageway contains workbench, chart storage area, bookcase and storage drawers. The engine room access is on the port side with removable doors, lights, electrical locker, access to holding tank, manual bilge pump and windlass battery switch. Starboard navigation area contains chart table, storage under, recessed areas for instruments.
