Ripple effect is a full on bill fish ready boat that’s proven to catch fish. This Topaz was repowered in 1995 with economical 200 HP Volvo diesels. With a half tower with full controls, along with bolster and buggy top. Ripple effect has had a lot of updating and fishing equipment added along the way. Topaz has done a great job on the design with a huge cockpit, comfortable cabin with head and shower.
