Short of buying a new boat I am not sure where you would find a more fresh yacht of her vintage.  Over $500,000 in upgrades invested in 2012 alone.

Vessel Walkthrough
Boarding "FLYIN' LOW" can be accomplished from either port or starboard decks into the Pilothouse doors, aft from the rare side boarding gates, or from the swim platform.  There is storage located in the Cockpit under the Aft Deck for water sports equipment, lines and fenders, and wash down equipment.  A staircase is located to starboard which goes up to the large Aft Deck. The Aft Deck has a wide sliding door to the Salon which showcases full deck view all the way up through the open Galley.  The Salon also has abundant oversized windows throughout for the best outside visability of any yacht in her class. Midway to starboard in front of the Salon bar and entertainment center is the separate staircase down to the Engine Room and Master Stateroom.  The Master Stateroom is located aft (with separate his/her heads).  The Engine Room has its own access door at the landing forward of the Master Stateroom entrance. Back up to the Salon (forward of this staircase) is the formal dining table, and open Galley and Dinette.  The Pilothouse is through a sliding door forward on deck with both Port and Starboard doors to gain access to the side and forward decks. The remaining staterooms are accessed down a staircase forward to starboard of the Pilothouse.  The Generator Room is underneath the landing of the staircase.  There is a Day Head to starboard at the landing of the staircase down, and the Guest/Crew stateroom with over/under berths and ensuite head is located just to Port.  The VIP stateroom and ensuite head is aft of the landing and amidships.  There is a 2 nd VIP stateroom in the forward bow area with two separate doors; one within the stateroom for the Day Head access door. The washer/dryer is forward. The Flybridge has bar for entertainment with stools and spacious seating with custom Sunbrella cushions, and a custom Bluewater teak table, all covered by a custom Pipewelder’s hard top.
Aft Deck
Once aboard "FLYIN' LOW" , the large Aft Deck features a Bluewater custom teak table with stainless bases and six folding chairs for casual dining al-fresco or just relaxing.  The Aft Deck has stainless supports and railing aft for clear visibility from the large Salon windows.  The Aft Deck also features custom Aft Deck controls and side boarding gates; two features rarely ever found on a 74’ Hatteras.
